Five Elements Sound Journey

This event is available in person only.

10 spots each session.

Experience the harmony of the five elements in a transformative Sound Journey Sound Bath at the serene Dzokden Rime Institute Buddhist Temple. This immersive session guides you through the energies of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space, helping to balance body, mind, and spirit.

Through the resonant tones of crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice, each element is evoked and harmonised, allowing tension and stagnation to dissolve. Feel grounded in Earth, flow with Water, ignite Fire, expand through Air, and rest in the spaciousness of Space.

Set within the sacred calm of the temple, the sound bath creates a meditative space for deep relaxation, inner alignment, and energetic renewal. Journey through vibration, awaken your senses, and reconnect with the elemental rhythms within.
Sessions take between 60-90 minutes each.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is usually called as such as the sounds tend to wash over you like water. Sound healing is a non-invasive healing and relaxation technique facilitated by a sound practitioner. The combination of sounds creates the environment for the body to go into its own natural healing state.

Who is a sound bath suitable for?
A public sound bath is suitable for most people. As a general rule, sound healing in a group setting is very safe, as instruments will not be played on the body.

Contraindications – There are some contraindications for sound baths as follows, if you are in your first three months of pregnancy (strong low frequencies), if you have sound-induced epilepsy or if you are experiencing acute mental health conditions. If you have any metal plates in your body, please bring something extra to lie on so you are comfortable.

What to bring – We will provide a yoga mat and blanket for you however, if you would like to be more comfortable, please bring along your own yoga mat, camping mattress, blankets, pillows, eye mask or anything else that will assist you in being comfortable to immerse yourself in the experience.
