Green Tara Silk Print (Blue Background)

Description

This silk print has been present for many empowerments and blessing at the Tibetan Buddhist Rimé Institute. All proceeds from the sale of this thangka will go to the Land of Shambhala project.

Approximately 25 cm by 36 cm.

Known as the Buddha of enlightened activity, Green Tara’s primary role is savior. She is believed to help her followers overcome dangers, fears and anxieties. She is especially worshipped for her ability to overcome the most difficult of situations. Green Tara is intensely compassionate and acts quickly to help those who call upon her.
