Living a fast-paced life in today’s world often means that we are being asked to juggle a wide variety of situations and activities. Without the proper training, we don’t necessarily know how to internalise these experiences in a constructive and healthy way. This can lead to increased stress, anxiety and various problems in how we relate to others. In this introductory program, you will learn a variety of basic contemplative techniques which you can use to bring greater balance into how you approach the many ups and downs that life has to offer. Our practice-oriented approach provides you with first-hand experience for how to engage with these techniques and successfully integrate them into your daily routine.

This program aims to:

  • increase your awareness of the different aspects of your personal experience that influence your general sense of wellbeing
  • foster constructive motivations that are conducive to genuine happiness
  • introduce you to a wide variety of contemplative techniques and develop the confidence to practice them on your own
