Who can attend a retreat?

Unless otherwise mentioned in the description of the tour or retreat, all of our practice retreats are open to both local and international students who wish to attend. In the case of some higher practices, the students may be required to have received the necessary empowerments before attending. Generally though, these empowerments are often given as part of the retreat.

What to Expect

The majority of retreats last anywhere from a single weekend (2.5 days) to a full week (7 days). For dedicated practitioners there are also longer more intensive retreats which can last from a few months to a few years. A typical retreat schedule is as follows:
