About this Class:
A weekly meditation group providing you with the opportunity to learn different types of meditation and discuss how to use these powerful techniques to improve the quality of your life.
The class is open to anyone with an interest in experiencing greater wellbeing in their lives. Each session is self-contained so feel free to drop-in whenever you can.
To help us cover the costs of running these classes, we are asking for a suggested donation of $15.
About the Instructor:
A student of the renowned Tibetan Lama Khentrul Rinpoché, Joe Flumerfelt has spent the last two years collaborating with Rinpoché on more than seven books exploring the profound teachings of the Buddha. Joe is currently focused on developing the educational program of the Tibetan Buddhist Rimé Institute. He is also a certified instructor of the Cultivating Emotional Balance curriculum, having completed more than ten weeks of intensive training under the guidance of the western contemplative and scholar B. Alan Wallace and noted psychologist Eve Ekman.
